Securing Your Session
Because each session is prepared individually and travel arrangements are made in advance, a 50% reservation deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit includes both the session fee and any applicable travel fee. Your selected time is officially reserved once the deposit has been received.
Changing or Cancelling an Appointment
I understand that schedules can shift unexpectedly.
If you need to adjust or cancel your appointment, please let me know with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
Changes made 24+ hours before your appointment may receive a full refund of the deposit or have it carried over to a future booking.
Changes or cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment — or any missed appointment without prior notice — will result in the deposit being retained, as that time was reserved exclusively for you.
This policy ensures fairness for every client and allows those waiting to receive care an opportunity to book available times.
If You’re Running Late
Your session begins at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, I will do my best to provide the most restorative experience possible within the remaining time. However, to respect other clients’ appointments, the original session fee still applies.
Missed Appointments
If no message or call is received and the appointment is missed entirely, it is considered a missed session, and the deposit will not be refunded.
Confirmation & Agreement
Sending your deposit means you have reviewed and agree to these guidelines. These standards help ensure that each session is conducted with presence, clarity, and respect for both sides.
